bKlug operates a storefront-audit tool. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the third parties we rely on.
What we collect
- Email address you submit with an audit
- Homepage URL you ask us to audit
- Brand name you optionally provide
- The pages we discover and the content we extract from them
- Audit metadata (timestamps, status, error logs)
How we use it
- Generate the storefront audit you requested
- Improve extraction quality and detector accuracy over time
- Prioritize which e-commerce platforms to support next
- Send you the audit report by email
Data retention
Audit records are stored for as long as we need them to operate the service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Third-party services
We use Vercel (hosting), Railway (backend infrastructure), and Azure OpenAI (LLM inference). Anonymized usage analytics are sent to Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics on production deployments only.
